It is plugged in, its on. the light says ready but after 30minutes i pick it up and it turns off, how long am i supposed to charge it on the base for???I have a con air infiniti ceramic hair straightener. My question is how long do i charge it for??? HELP!?
hmm mine has never done that after about 15 min its Hot and ready to straighten perhaps you have a fault in yours?
